Responsibilities

• Monitors project budget, schedule, and revenue recognition; identifies risks and issues.
• Communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders and secures on-time deliverables.
• Documents lessons learned and supports data reporting for project performance.
• Works with Project Coordinator to support data elements and reporting for project performance.

The PM designs the project goals and success markers to determine how success will be measured and tracked. The PM ensures the project remains on time, on budget, and helps motivate team members to hit their goals. The Project Manager also acts as a liaison between the project team and upper-level management. The PM prepares and presents progress reports and ensures the project is furthering organizational goals.
