Job summary

NCR Voyix Corporation is seeking a Delivery Project Manager (II) to lead complex customer-facing projects from initiation to closure. Based in Irving, TX, this position emphasizes agile and waterfall methods, risk mitigation, and cost control. Travel may be required as projects dictate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in business, CS, engineering or related field.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Fluent in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile/Scrum).
• PM certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Define scope, align with customer requirements and business goals.
• Identify, track and mitigate risks and issues; escalate when needed.
• Create detailed schedules and monitor progress against milestones.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, tracking actuals and reporting on performance.
• Facilitate stakeholder communications across customers, internal teams and vendors.
• Conduct status meetings and provide clear updates on progress and decisions.
• Resolve conflicts and remove roadblocks to keep projects on track.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Lead project teams and foster a collaborative environment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PM processes and tools.
