Job summary

Dnb is seeking a Delivery Consultant to own and manage customer accounts and data delivery projects. The role involves coordinating data requests, processing them end-to-end, and ensuring timely and accurate deliverables in line with SLAs.

You will analyze requirements, set timelines, prepare specifications, and work with vendors to ensure satisfaction. Strong communication, project management, and data management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 to 8 years of related experience; or an advanced degree with 3 years of working experience.
• Demonstrable understanding of global databases in a business environment, preferably B2B.
• Solid logical thinking, problem solving, high attention to detail, analytical and time management skills.
• Able to communicate (oral & written) complex order specifications and establish project schedules.
• Strong customer focus and capability for taking ownership for issue resolution.
• Results-oriented, able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Project management experience and QA expertise is a plus; ability to learn and retain process instructions.
• Experience with Data Management and Analytics is a plus.
• SQL Database and Server experience an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills.
• Ownership mindset, proactive collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage Customer Accounts; coordinate and take ownership of data requests in batch.
• Process data requests using D&B systems; pre/post processing to deliver in required format.
• Analyze Customer Requirements.
• Establish and monitor project timelines.
• Prepare project specifications.
• Coordinate with Vendors to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Complete administration tasks for data delivery; book jobs and record data compensation.
• QA final output and ensure output matches customer contracts.
• Ensure timely, cost-effective, quality delivery to SLA targets.
• Provide consultative support on custom solutions; explore alternatives with stakeholders.
