Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers is seeking a Client Delivery Manager to drive on-time delivery and high-quality execution for client requirements and delivery projects. You will support bids, then serve as the primary client interface through handover, coordinating with GID teams to resolve delivery challenges.

The role requires PMP-like expertise, strong English communication, and a proven track record in managed services with SLAs, plus travel up to 50% during milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering managed services with SLAs and compliance.
• PM certification (PMP) desirable.
• 2–5 years of PM experience in data center environments.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• English negotiation-level proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contractual requirements across customer management and departments.
• Plan and implement customer projects with stakeholders and interfaces.
• Monitor deadlines, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Escalate issues to management in a timely manner.
• Define project workflow and kickoff with involved departments.
