You will coordinate internal teams and external partners, manage competing priorities, and use data to improve processes and operational performance.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and problem-solving in dynamic settings with non-linear paths forward.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, project management, and/or reporting.
• Strong communication and MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Map out project roadmaps for Staged Order, Rollout, and Bulk Order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with warehouse and partners to ensure inventory, packaging, and delivery meet requirements.
• Provide guidance on sourcing, cost, and timelines; relay instructions to warehouse teams.
