Job summary

Nextpower is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain execution for contracted projects from handoff to fulfillment. You will be the single point of accountability to Project Management, Sales, and cross-functional teams, driving BOM alignment, NPI readiness, and delivery schedules.

The role requires extensive experience in supply chain planning, Anaplan/ERP systems, and advanced data analysis.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
8–12+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, or operations within manufacturing or project-based environments.
Proven experience managing end-to-end supply chain execution for complex projects.
Strong expertise in planning systems (Anaplan preferred) and ERP platforms.
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; ability to work with large datasets and planning models.

Responsibilities

Own supply chain execution for assigned projects from 70% handoff through fulfillment completion.
Represent Supply Chain in project handoff reviews, identify risks related to BOM, NPI, lead times, and delivery schedules.
Ensure delivery plans align with contractual agreements and commercial commitments.
Serve as primary supply chain interface for Project Managers and Sales, providing visibility into supply status, risks, and mitigations.
