Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the Logistics Domain.
• 8+ years managing Application Development and Maintenance.
• 8+ years in a highly leveraged service environment.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for end-to-end service delivery for a logistics client.
• Monitor quality and client satisfaction through key stakeholder interactions.
