Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Practice Manager to lead the ProServe Shared Delivery Team, guiding enterprise engagements and translating business outcomes into technical delivery.

You will manage a team of Delivery Consultants and Engagement Managers, collaborate with executives, and drive successful delivery across complex cloud projects. The role requires strong IT transformation experience, a focus on outcomes, and the ability to partner across AWS and customer

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT consulting/management with IT Transformation in customer-facing roles.
• 3+ years of program or engagement management with multiple concurrent projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field.
• Knowledge of infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) cloud computing transition challenges.
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Building a high-performing team of Delivery Consultants and Engagement Managers.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deploy solutions and input on new features.
• Developing IT strategies and overseeing implementation for customers.
• Managing practice P&L and ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery of engagements.
