Job summary

PERI is seeking a Jobsite Coordinator to ensure on-time, in-full delivery of customer projects. You will coordinate across Sales, Engineering, Logistics, and Yard Operations, monitor scope changes, and drive revenue through approved change orders.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, contract awareness, and proactive communication with customers to maintain schedule integrity and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in project coordination, construction logistics, or customer service operations.
• Experience in formwork, scaffolding, or construction industry desired.
• Experience preparing or negotiating change orders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer project delivery schedule to ensure on-time, in-full delivery.
• Coordinate Sales, Engineering, Logistics, and Yard Operations across functions.
• Monitor scope deviations and sign change orders with customers to capture additional revenue.
• Track milestones and drive corrective action to avoid schedule risk.
• Maintain a holistic view of performance against contract and customer expectations.
• Lead as an orchestration point between departments to deliver commitments.
