Job summary

PERI Formwork Systems, Inc. is seeking a Jobsite Coordinator in Bridgewater, NJ to ensure OTIF delivery of customer projects, acting as the single contact across Sales, Engineering, Logistics, and Yard Ops.

You will drive project execution excellence, coordinating schedules, scope changes, and revenue capture with customers. The role requires 2+ years in project coordination or construction logistics, and experience in formwork or scaffolding is highly valued.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business, supply chain, or related field a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, construction logistics, or customer service operations preferred.
• Experience in the formwork, scaffolding, or construction industry strongly desired.
• Prior experience preparing or negotiating change orders preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across departments without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer project delivery schedule to ensure on-time, OTIF delivery against contract.
• Coordinate work of Sales, Engineering, Logistics, Yard Operations to meet expectations.
• Monitor scope deviations and sign change orders with customers to capture additional revenue.
• Track milestones, identify risks early, drive corrective actions.
• Maintain a holistic view of performance vs. contract, scope, and expectations.
• Serve as orchestration point between departments and the customer with accountability.
• Drive resolution when a department risks missing commitments and escalate clearly when needed.
• Conduct regular job-status reviews and maintain records of commitments, risks, decisions, and changes.
• Maintain proactive customer contact with status updates and schedule changes.
• Identify scope deviations and sign change orders for additional equipment/services.
