Job summary

Engineered Systems, Inc. in the Winston-Salem area is seeking a Project Coordinator to drive sales projects from setup through closeout, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate with Engineering, Sales, Electrical, and Fabrication, manage budgets, schedules, and documentation. The role requires strong organization, clear communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating complex projects across multiple departments (Engineering, Sales, Purchasing).
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities required to track budgets, schedules and deliverables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customer updates and internal reporting.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage project documentation, quotes, POs and drawings in CRM or shared drives.
• Coordinate schedules with Engineering, Sales, Electrical, Fabrication and Install teams.
• Track progress, collect daily/weekly updates, and communicate status to customers and Sales.
• Arrange site surveys, equipment, rentals, and hotel stays as needed before installation.
• Provide installers with complete job packets including drawings, site details, and test forms.
