Job summary

You will partner with OT PM, Engineers, Maintenance, IT, and vendors to ensure projects meet scope, budget, and timeline while promoting digital transformation and safe operations. The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of administrative/project coordination experience.
• Strong MS Office skills including Excel and Word.
• Experience with planning, scheduling, and documenting projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, site activities, equipment installations, and commissioning efforts.
• Track milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Maintain project plans, minutes, logs, and change requests.
• Coordinate vendor visits, equipment deliveries, and contractor activities.
• Support procurement requests, purchase orders, and invoice tracking.
