Job summary

PERI USA is seeking a proactive Jobsite Coordinator to ensure on-time, in-full delivery of customer projects against the contract. You will own the end-to-end delivery experience, coordinating Sales, Engineering, Logistics, and Yard Operations, and driving performance against scope, schedule, and terms.

You will maintain regular contact with customers, prepare or sign change orders, monitor milestones, and help secure additional revenue while leading with accountability across departments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in related field a plus.
• 2+ years in project coordination or related roles preferred.
• Experience in formwork, scaffolding, or construction industry strongly desired.
• Prior experience preparing or negotiating change orders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer project delivery schedules and ensure on-time, in-full delivery against contract.
• Coordinate Sales, Engineering, Logistics and Yard Operations to meet commitments.
• Monitor scope deviations and create/sign change orders with customers to secure revenue.
• Track milestones, identify risks early and drive corrective action.
• Maintain a holistic view of performance versus contract and customer expectations.
• Lead as the orchestration point between departments and the customer with accountability.
• Conduct regular job-status reviews and maintain a record of commitments, risks and changes.
• Maintain proactive customer contact with status updates and schedule changes.
