Job summary

Sysco is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the Delivery department in Kansas. The role oversees daily activities, manages schedules, and ensures safe, compliant operations and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities include supervising delivery staff, enforcing DOT/OSHA standards, and coordinating with Sales and Marketing to address delivery issues. A background in business or supply chain and a valid driving record are advantageous.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1–3 years related experience and/or training.
• Defensive driving program completed or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Supervises delivery Associates and safety of the delivery team.
• Ensures compliance with local, state and federal regulations (DOT, OSHA).
• Manages labor hours and supplies within budget and prepares work schedules.
