• Manages labor hours and consumable supplies within budget.
• Prepares work schedules including extra work days and shifts as needed.
• Oversees asset utilization and coordinates maintenance.
• Reviews delivery productivity and reporting; suggests improvements.
• Coordinates with Safety for training and audits and enforces company policies.
• Communicates with Sales and Marketing to resolve delivery issues.
