Job summary

Sysco Northeast Rdc in Houston is seeking an Operations leader to oversee the Delivery function, driving expense and revenue management, regulatory compliance, safety and the overall efficiency of the delivery department.

The role directs delivery supervisors and routing staff, ensures adherence to SOPs, manages labor hours and assets, coordinates with Safety and Sales teams, and strives to meet KPI and customer satisfaction targets while maintaining strong team engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years related experience.
• Two/four-year degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily work and safety for Delivery supervisors and routing staff.
• Ensures SOP adherence and safe, efficient customer service.
• Monitors KPI and customer satisfaction; drives route optimization and cost controls.
• Coordinates with Safety to train, investigate incidents and improve methods; collaborates with Sales to address issues.
