Job summary

Sysco Tampa Bay (Division of USA I) is seeking an Operations supervisor to manage delivery activities, oversee staffing, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. You will monitor KPI performance and drive cost efficiencies while maintaining high customer service standards.

This role requires effective communication with Sales and Marketing, attention to route optimization, and strong leadership to guide a team of delivery supervisors and associates through daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 years related experience or training; or equivalent combo.
• Two or Four year college degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or similar preferred.
• Valid Class A CDL and defensive driving training are beneficial; HazMat and Doubles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily delivery operations and safety for supervisors and routing personnel.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, planned routes, and safe customer service.
• Maintain compliance with DOT/OSHA and regulatory requirements.
• Manage labor hours, travel, fuel and supplies within budget; prepare schedules.
