Job summary

Sysco Houston, a division of Sysco, is seeking an Operations leader to direct delivery activities and drive projects related to expense and revenue management. You will oversee delivery supervisors, ensure regulatory compliance, and align routes with KPI targets for customer satisfaction.

The role requires managing budgets, schedules, and assets while coordinating with Safety and Sales teams to optimize performance across the delivery organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7 years’ related experience or training; or equivalent.
• Valid Class A CDL and defensive driving program completion (Sysco requirement).

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily work and safety of Delivery supervisors and routing personnel.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, routes, and safe customer service delivery.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with DOT, OSHA and related agencies.
• Manage labor hours, travel, fuel and supplies within budget.
• Prepare schedules and oversee asset usage for delivery.
