Job summary

CEF Solutions Inc. in New Jersey, USA is hiring a Delivery Support Operations Manager to lead the U.S. delivery support services. You will manage delivery scheduling, rescheduling, and exception handling across warehouses, retailers, and end customers.

The role requires 5+ years in delivery support or related operations, with 2+ years in people management, and strong cross-functional coordination skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Hybrid or on-site operations support.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
At least five years of experience in delivery support, order management, logistics customer service, or related environment; seven+ years preferred.
At least two years of people-management experience leading a delivery support or contact-center team; three+ years preferred.
Experience in delivery scheduling, order management, exception management, and last-mile coordination.
Experience in consumer electronics/home appliances delivery and retail distribution preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end setup, launch readiness, stabilization, and ongoing management of the delivery support operation.
Manage inbound/outbound phone and email support for delivery rescheduling and status updates.
Oversee delivery exception management due to inventory, warehouse, or transport issues.
Coordinate with supply chain, inventory, warehouse, transportation, and IT teams to resolve issues.
Establish SOPs, escalation paths, and quality standards; maintain documentation and reporting.
