Job summary

Brobston Group LLC in Dayton, NJ seeks a Senior Manager of Logistics Operations to lead daily activities at the Dayton Distribution and Service Center, ensuring throughput, inventory accuracy, and fulfillment performance across e-commerce, retail, and wholesale channels.

You will oversee staff across shifts, enforce safety and procedures, partner cross-functionally to prioritize orders, drive continuous improvement, and implement process enhancements in receiving, warehousing and distribution.

Qualifications

• 10 years of relevant logistics or distribution experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; supervisory experience required.
• WMS experience (Manhattan Associates preferred) and Cegid knowledge preferred.
• Conversational Spanish preferred; strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and PowerPoint; solid budgeting judgement and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible schedule including weekends and peak periods.

• Allocate and schedule staff across shifts, assign tasks, and follow up on work results to ensure productivity.
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, inventory accuracy and support cycle counts in partnership with Inventory Control.
• Onboard, train and mentor employees to build accountability and maximize output.
• Develop and implement process area layouts and flow strategies to optimize product movement and space.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with Distribution Services, Traffic and Inventory Control to resolve and elevate operational issues.
