Job summary

CEF Solutions Inc. in the United States seeks a Delivery Support Operations Manager to lead the implementation and day-to-day operation of U.S.

delivery support services for appliances moving from warehouses to retailer cross-docks and end consumers. You will manage inbound/outbound phone and email support for scheduling, updates, and exceptions, coordinate across supply chain, warehouse, transportation, and IT, and coach a bilingual English/Spanish team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 5+ years in delivery support, order management, or logistics operations.
• 2+ years of people-management experience.
• Experience with delivery scheduling, exceptions, and cross-functional resolution.
• Experience in consumer electronics or last-mile delivery preferred.
• Working knowledge of ERP, OMS, CRM, and reporting tools.
• Strong contact-center discipline and performance reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end setup, launch, stabilization, and ongoing management of the delivery support operation.
• Manage inbound/outbound phone and email support for rescheduling, callbacks, status updates, or delivery exceptions.
• Oversee delivery exception management caused by inventory, warehouse, or transportation issues.
• Coordinate with supply chain, inventory, warehouse, transportation, customer service, IT, and retailer stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Ensure accurate reschedules and status updates across ERP/OMS and CRM systems.
• Support retailer store inquiries and, when required, returns and return authorizations.
• Lead and coach a bilingual English/Spanish team; ensure staffing coverage.
• Establish SOPs, escalation paths, quality standards, and documentation controls.
