Job summary

Riverstone Logistics is hiring an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily routing, dispatch, and client delivery objectives at a specific profit center. The role leads a team of Operations Coordinators, monitors motor carrier performance, and provides feedback to carriers and location management.

You'll assist with monitoring delivery issues, coaching staff, and ensuring operational excellence across the site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• Strong people and operations supervisory skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to embrace new technology.
• Operations or final mile delivery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day delivery operations, including monitoring loadout, delivery activity, and carrier needs.
• Ensure timely reporting and compliance with client standards and communications mechanisms.
• Maintain professional relationships with management, carriers, clients, and other departments.
• Supervise route monitoring and check-in processes for reschedules.
• Process and monitor returns via client portal at participating locations.
• Move inventory safely using material handling equipment as needed.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client escalations.
• Schedule orders and notify customers of time windows for next day delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
