Job summary

Riverstone Logistics is looking for an Operations Manager to support the General Manager, optimize labor and overhead, and enhance site performance in a client-focused operation. The role emphasizes Lean practices, vendor and service-provider coordination, and maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
• 3-5 years of warehouse, distribution, and/or supply chain operations preferred, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Exposure to Lean principles, systems, and tools (where applicable)
• Must have reliable transportation to commute to the workplace and attend client meetings as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in meeting and exceeding client service goals
• Drive, maintain, and evangelize the Company culture, purpose, and core beliefs
• Oversee operations and ensure objectives are met
• Act as a Location’s point of contact in absence of General Manager
• Ensure Lean warehouse principles are implemented and maintained
• Enforce company compliance standards across the operation
• Manage a team of direct reports and coach staff
