Riverstone Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor, Outbound to oversee outbound functions in our warehouse. You will guide daily operations, monitor routes, and coordinate with the Outbound Manager and GM on carrier communications and settlements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong people and operations supervisory skills.

• Operations or final mile delivery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day outbound delivery operations with focus on motor carrier needs and client service.
• Lead and participate in daily route monitoring.
• Assist Outbound Manager and GM with morning stand up and carrier communications.
• Assist with processing carrier settlements and onboarding of motor carriers.
• Ensure timely customer communication on delivery timeframes and delays.
• Audit returns processes to align with RLX and client requirements.
• Ensure motor carrier and loadout compliance reporting.
