Job summary

Riverstone Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day Inbound Operations—unloading products into our Hub and routing them to inventory locations before outbound activity. You will support CDT/RTD in monitoring and troubleshooting delivery issues with a proactive approach.

The role is office/warehouse-based, focusing on coaching the team, optimizing performance, and maintaining client standards. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• Strong people and operations supervisory skills.
• Experience utilizing Microsoft Office products (Excel, Teams, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environment.
• 2-3 years of Operations or final mile delivery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day delivery operations, including monitoring loadout/check-in and delivery activity.
• Evaluate motor carrier needs and uphold client quality standards.
• Maintain professional relationships with management, carriers, and client staff.
• Supervise and review route monitoring using client software.
• Process and monitor returns through the client portal at locations.
