Responsibilities

• Provide job training to drivers.
• Be available at start of day to provide direction, feedback and handle issues.
• Monitor drivers' efforts in stock rotation, pricing, POS placement, display building, shelving, customer service and other duties.
• Ride with drivers to evaluate overall job performance.
• Maintain updated routing and schedule information by route.
• Create work schedules for sick leave, vacation and injuries.
• Follow up on all complaints with supervisor to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure all program, pricing and promotion information is shared with delivery personnel monthly.
• Update and maintain DOT Driver Files.
• Conduct growth conversations with team members (Performance Conversations and CNDs).
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment with open communication.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
