Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group in Milwaukee, WI seeks a Supervisor, Delivery Service Excellence to lead the Delivery Department. You will guide the delivery supervisory team, direct Drivers, Routing, Safety and compliance, and review routes to create optimized distribution plans.

The role emphasizes monitoring performance, coordinating with sales, warehouse and customer service, ensuring DOT compliance, and driving continuous improvements across delivery operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, management, communications, or related field and/or equivalent training and work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in a fast-paced, high volume distribution environment
• Advanced PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software.
• Must be a results-oriented professional with excellent verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines.
• Highly organized with exceptional analytic and reporting skills.
• Ability to think creatively, identify and propose solutions to drive performance improvement.
• Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of DOT, FMCSA, and state regulations pertaining to transportation is crucial.

Responsibilities

• Ensure market is optimizing the distribution of products and resources.
• Monitor and evaluate actual versus predicted routing; identify root causes and lead resolutions.
• Complete pre and post shift reviews with each driver.
• Act as liaison between field delivery supervisors, drivers, sales leaders, and routing team.
• Communicate with Drivers to ensure adherence to daily schedules and goals.
• Guide Delivery Supervisors in training and information validation as needed.
• Review distribution productivity and suggest efficiency ideas and distribution changes.
• Support managing the delivery operations team.
