Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years in logistics or related field with supervisory experience.
• Beverage industry experience preferred.
• Class A CDL required.
• Strong knowledge of route logistics and scheduling.
• Experience leading multi-functional teams.
• Proficiency in logistics software and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage driver supervisors and delivery team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Collaborate with Fleet Manager to maintain delivery equipment.
• Lead hiring and staffing, including seasonal needs.
• Ensure thorough role-based training for delivery personnel.
• Improve delivery operations: routing, service, staffing, efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with Safety, OSHA, DOT, FMCSA, and policies.
• Review daily delivery schedules with routing coordinator for efficiency.
