Job summary

Sysco Louisville, Inc. in Louisville, KY is seeking an Operations leader to direct the Delivery department's activities, including safety, routing, and customer service, with focus on cost control and regulatory compliance.

You will supervise Delivery Supervisors and drivers, manage budgets, schedules, and KPI performance, and coordinate with Sales and Marketing to address customer opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years related experience or training.
• Valid Class A CDL required.
• HazMat and Doubles Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily work and safety of Delivery supervisors, routing personnel and other associates.
• Ensure management staff oversees day-to-day delivery activities and SOP adherence.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with DOT, OSHA and related agencies.
• Direct labor hours, travel, fuel and supplies within budget.
• Prepare work schedules and oversee asset utilization.
