Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 2–4 year degree in Business Management or Supply Chain preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience and/or training.
• Sysco defensive driving program required.
• CDL and HazMat certifications preferred.
• Class A CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily work and safety of Delivery Associates, enforcing SOPs and routes.
• Ensures compliance with DOT and OSHA and maintains electronic logs.
• Manages labor hours and consumables within budget.
• Prepares work schedules and shift coverage as needed.
• Oversees asset usage and coordinates repairs with departments.
• Coordinates with Sales and Marketing to resolve delivery issues.
