Job summary

ASML US, LLC is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to drive sourcing, industrialization and readiness of modules from development into high-volume manufacturing. You will manage supplier selection, NPI activities, and crossfunctional alignment to meet QLTCS targets and ramp into volume production.

You will collaborate with Development, Quality, Logistics and global supply chain partners to translate product innovations into manufacturable solutions, while leading risk management

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or related field (Master's preferred).
• 10+ years of relevant work experience in supply chain, NPI, and program management.
• Strong background in industrialization, supply chain, or sourcing.
• Proven risk management experience.
• Senior stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent SS&P within a crossfunctional MDU leadership team for sourcing topics.
• Drive supplier selection and contracting aligned with roadmap needs.
• Lead NPI activities with suppliers through industrialization and ramp-up.
• Apply Early Supplier Involvement and Concurrent Engineering to enable scalable designs.
• Challenge manufacturability and cost in technology and design choices.
• Ensure design and material readiness for production and timely release of docs.
• Plan and mobilize SS&P resources, including SQEs and Configuration Leads.
• Manage deliverables through ASML's Product Generation Process gates.
• Handle commercial aspects with suppliers, including COgs, NRE, OPEX, CAPEX and lead time.
• Define and review QLTCS roadmaps with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve constraints across multitier supply chains.
• Provide transparent reporting on progress, risks, and mitigations.
