Job summary

ASML US, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Supplier Manager to manage assigned suppliers and the overall commodity base, ensuring on-time delivery at spec and the lowest total cost. You will lead sourcing teams, negotiate LTSA and NPI agreements, monitor supplier performance, and drive cost reductions to strengthen the supply base.

The role requires deep knowledge of technology-related supply chains, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience with minimum 10 years in supplier management in high-tech manufacturing.
• Experience in Electronics is preferred and a deep understanding of tech-related supply chains is strongly preferred.
• Experience with complex negotiations, strategic planning and financial analysis is essential; travel domestically and internationally is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor developments in the supply base to keep ASML prepared for market changes.
• Lead one or more Sourcing Teams to drive supplier selection and LTSA/NPI agreements.
• Negotiate long-term supply agreements and related addenda; ensure contractual compliance for supplier and ASML.
• Drive continuous cost and lead time reduction and prepare supplier spending forecasts.
• Lead supplier quality audits and drive closure of findings; coordinate SAT meetings and supplier communications.
