Job summary

ASML in the United States is seeking a Supply Chain and Sourcing Manager to drive end-to-end introduction and industrialization of ASML products, focusing on logistics, cost, and quality within the Product Generation Process.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams with engineering, procurement, suppliers and factories to secure NPI deliverables, manage the critical path, and monitor cost of goods against targets.

Qualifications

• Technical or supply chain degree required; master’s preferred.
• Minimum 6 years in an NPI environment, high-tech industry preferred.
• Proven track record in project management and leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience interfacing with suppliers on industrialization targets.

Responsibilities

• Define, secure and monitor the supply chain and sourcing NPI and industrialization deliverables.
• Identify and manage supply chain risks and assess material availability.
• Drive cost of goods roadmap in collaboration with clusters and supplier teams.
• Prepare yearly OPEX/CAPEX forecast and manage spend for NRE and tooling/packaging.
• Solve QLTC issues with internal and external stakeholders and lead reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align KD deliverables and make/buy decisions.
• Apply Early Supplier Involvement and Concurrent Engineering to secure timelines.
• Identify bottlenecks and manage the critical path for time-to-market and ramp up.
