Job summary

ASML US, LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator within the Supply Chain Industrialization team to ensure material availability and readiness across product changes. You will work with Development, Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, and Suppliers to drive industrialization milestones and risk mitigation.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, ownership of supply readiness, and continuous improvement within a high-tech, low-volume environment in California.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Product Lifecycle Management, Industrialization, Manufacturing Operations, Logistics, or New Product Introduction environments.
• Experience supporting engineering changes, configuration management, material readiness, or product industrialization activities.

Responsibilities

• Own material availability and supply readiness for assigned scope and product configurations.
• Translate product plans and engineering decisions into supply chain actions.
• Create and maintain material readiness plans and risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor TPD readiness and convert milestones into material requirements.
• Identify and escalate material shortages and supplier readiness risks.
• Coordinate engineering and configuration change implementations with logistics impact in mind.
• Drive QLTCS decisions and manufacturing readiness milestones.
• Collaborate with suppliers and planning teams to improve readiness and execution.
• Provide visibility into material demand, supply risks, and inventory status.
