ASML in California seeks an experienced technical project manager to drive sourcing, industrialization, and manufacturing readiness for EUV source modules, guiding them from development into high-volume manufacturing.

As MDU SS&P Delivery Leader, you will lead supplier selection, contracting, and NPI activities, manage cross-functional teams, monitor risks, and ensure timely design and material readiness to meet QLTCS targets.

Qualifications

Degree in engineering or related field with strong NPI and program management experience.
10+ years of experience in supply chain, NPI, and program management in high-tech, low-volume environments.
Strong background in industrialization, supply chain, or sourcing.
Proven risk management experience.
Senior stakeholder management experience.
Fluent in professional English.

Responsibilities

Represent SS&P within MDU leadership, acting as single point of contact for sourcing topics.
Drive supplier selection and contracting aligned with roadmaps.
Lead NPI activities through industrialization and HVM ramp-up.
Apply Early Supplier Involvement and Concurrent Engineering for scalable designs.
Ensure design and material readiness for production and timely release of docs.
Plan resources and manage project deliverables through Product Generation Process.
Define and track QLTCS roadmaps with suppliers and stakeholders.
Provide transparent progress reports on risks and mitigations.
