Job summary

ASML US, LLC in San Diego seeks a Senior Project Coordinator for the Supply Chain Industrialization team within Product Lifecycle Management. You will own material availability, coordinate engineering changes, and collaborate across Engineering, Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, and Supplier teams to ensure on-time product introductions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 5+ years in SCM, PLM, industrialization, manufacturing logistics or NPI.
• Experience supporting engineering changes and material readiness.
• Experience in cross-functional product development in high-tech, low-volume manufacturing.
• Experience collaborating with suppliers, planning, procurement, and engineering stakeholders.
• Experience driving process improvement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Own material availability and supply readiness for assigned MDU scope and product configurations.
• Translate product plans and engineering decisions into supply chain actions.
• Create and maintain material readiness and demand-supply alignment plans.
• Monitor TPD readiness and convert milestones into material requirements.
• Identify, manage, and escalate material shortages, supply constraints, and supplier readiness risks.
• Coordinate engineering and configuration change implementations with logistics impact.
• Drive stronger QLTCS decision making.
• Support industrialization activities, including manufacturing readiness and supplier milestones.
• Collaborate with suppliers, sourcing teams, and supplier accounts to improve readiness and execution.
• Create visibility into material demand, supply risks, and readiness for stakeholders.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Customer Support, and Supply Chain.
• Execute purchasing requisitions, monitor delivery, and expedite critical materials.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of supply chain and PLM processes.
