Job summary

ASML US, LLC is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to drive sourcing, industrialization, and manufacturing readiness for modules from development to high-volume manufacturing. You will collaborate across Development, Quality, Logistics, and global supply chain partners to translate innovations into manufacturable solutions.

You will lead supplier selection, industrialization, and ramp-up, while applying IP and concurrency principles to ensure cost-effective designs and on-time

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or related field; Master’s highly preferred.
• 10+ years in supply chain, NPI, and program management in high-tech, low-volume environments.
• Strong background in industrialization, supply chain, or sourcing.
• Proven risk management experience.
• Senior stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent SS&P within a crossfunctional MDU leadership team and act as the single point of contact for sourcing topics.
• Drive timely supplier selection and contracting aligned with roadmap needs.
• Lead NPI activities with suppliers through industrialization and HVM ramp-up.
• Apply Early Supplier Involvement and Concurrent Engineering to enable scalable designs.
• Challenge technology and design choices from manufacturability and cost perspectives.
• Ensure design and material readiness for production and timely release of docs.
• Plan and mobilize SS&P project resources and roles.
• Manage deliverables through ASML’s Product Generation Process gates.
• Oversee commercial aspects with suppliers (COGS, NRE, OPEX, CAPEX, lead time).
• Define and track QLTCS roadmaps with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve constraints across multitier supply chains.
• Provide transparent progress, risk, and mitigation reporting to senior stakeholders.
