Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to join the Business Transformation & Growth (BTG) practice in the United States. You will lead complex life insurance, annuity, and group benefits transformation engagements from strategy through implementation, guiding multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with vendors to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will partner with client executives, apply Agile/SAFe practices, and drive capability implementations, product roadmaps, and adoption.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 6-10+ years in consulting, insurance, or enterprise transformation.
Eight or more years of relevant professional experience in consulting, insurance, financial services technology, or enterprise transformation.
At least five years of experience within Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance
Demonstrated experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs
Experience with policy administration platforms including FAST, FINEOS, ALIP, or comparable PAS solutions

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale platform transformation programs with accountability for scope, quality, timelines, financials and outcomes.
Coordinate cross-functional and multi-vendor teams to maintain alignment and resolve delivery challenges.
Advise senior business and technology stakeholders with clear insights for decision-making.
Translate objectives into delivery strategies, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
Maintain governance, risk management and adherence to contractual requirements.
