Job summary

Celerity is seeking an experienced Technical Analyst to support a complex FSM platform implementation for a utilities client. This role translates business needs into technical specifications, supports configuration, testing, and successful delivery within a cross-functional delivery team.

The ideal candidate has hands-on FSM platform experience, 7+ years in technical delivery, and strong analytical/problem-solving skills, with willingness to travel domestically as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years in technical analyst or similar delivery role in enterprise software implementations.
• Experience with FSM/workforce management platforms (Salesforce Field Service, ServiceMax, IFS Field Service Management, Oracle Field Service Cloud, ClickSoftware).
• Experience in utilities industry with field operations or asset management systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document detailed technical and functional requirements for the FSM platform implementation.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, configuration workbooks, user stories, and functional design documents.
• Conduct gap analysis between out-of-the-box FSM capabilities and client-specific requirements.
• Support data migration activities including data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
