Celerity Consulting Group is seeking an accomplished Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of Field Service Management solutions for utilities and energy clients. You will mentor a high-performing team, translate complex requirements into scalable architectures, and ensure technical excellence across integrations, data flows, and security.

With remote work eligibility and light travel, this role demands strong leadership, deep FSM expertise, and outstanding communication to engage

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years implementing FSM or similar with utilities/energy focus.
• Proven FSM implementation leadership and integrations with ERP/CRM/CIS/BI/Datawarehouse.
• Experience building web apps with XML/JSON/HTML5/Angular JS.
• Experience with cloud FSM platforms and cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Agile or hybrid delivery experience and strong client communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of FSM solutions tailored to utilities/energy clients.
• Develop architectural blueprints for integrations, data flows, and specs.
• Ensure scalable, secure solutions aligned with standards.
• Provide technical leadership during implementation and project timelines.
• Mentor and build a high-performing FSM team.
• Engage with clients to translate needs into requirements and designs.
