Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a Project Manager to lead electrical data center construction projects. You will partner with the Project Executive, field leadership, and clients to drive successful delivery, from scope through closeout.

You will coordinate electricians, technicians, and subcontractors, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in construction management (preferred) and 5+ years of PM experience in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5+ years as a Project Manager in electrical data center construction.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Proficient with PM software tools including Bluebeam, Procore, Accubid and P6.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, change orders, scheduling and client communication.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and safety/quality focus (NFPA 70E or OSHA cert).

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, schedules, and budgets with stakeholders.
• Lead project teams including electricians, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate resources and procurement to meet timelines.
• Monitor progress, budgets, and safety adherence; report to clients and management.
• Manage scope changes and document all adjustments and approvals.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with electrical codes during execution.
