Job summary

Intrepid Travel is seeking a Delivery Lead to guide technology projects from discovery through delivery, partnering with product, engineering, design and business teams worldwide. You will align priorities, navigate challenges, and foster sustainable, high-quality delivery across global teams.

You will balance strategic roadmaps with day-to-day execution, ensuring risks are visible and teams stay focused on what matters most for the company’s ambitious future.

Qualifications

• Experience leading the delivery of technology projects, initiatives or product roadmaps from discovery through to implementation.
• Proven ability to lead and improve ways of working across cross-functional technology teams, including planning, prioritisation and continuous improvement.
• Strong delivery governance experience, including managing risks, issues, dependencies, milestones and delivery commitments.
• Experience working closely with Product, Engineering, Design and business stakeholders to align priorities and deliver outcomes.
• The ability to coach and empower teams to take ownership of delivery, quality and outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate delivery progress, risks and decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.
