Job summary

Netflix is seeking a Delivery Director for Netflix Game Studios to oversee the delivery of game builds across partner studios and Sony internal teams. You will manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, ensure alignment with release goals, and drive quality across platforms including mobile and console.

The role requires deep experience in live game operations, strong planning and cross-functional leadership, and a passion for creating exceptional player experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years delivering games and updates on multiple platforms including mobile (iOS/Android).
• Experience with Live Ops tasks and titles supporting live game services.
• Ability to assess QA reports and set QA targets and release objectives.
• Capacity to manage uncertainty and rapidly identify, assess, and solve issues.
• Strong project management and release governance capabilities.
• Passion for games and understanding what makes them great.

Responsibilities

• Work the ingestion, accommodation and delivery process for the whole Netflix Games' output.
• Influence existing pipelines to ensure items meet requirements for game deliveries and updates.
• Influence data from QA reports and other inputs to document, review and address Delivery Management constructs.
• Contribute to proactive identification and communication of potential delivery risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create, update and maintain workflows, runbooks and agendas.
• Take a leading role in participating in Episode Management programs.
