Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in live service games preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with our live service Product Managers to ensure priorities are met and roadmaps are aligned.
• Identify and lead game projects to ensure our team and developers have goals, frameworks and priorities.
• Collaborate with business development and creative teams to ensure we make the right choices for our developers and players, ensuring we are on track to achieve milestones.
• Refine and actively participate in implementing the live service production strategy for the portfolio, including pipelines and processes.
• Assist PMs in budget management against individual updates and live service plans.
• Help resolve complex product problems through ingenuity and remove blockers as needed.
• Foster cross-functional alignment to build a healthy team culture with clear communication and shared context.
