• Strong understanding of common game-design challenges and ability to tailor solutions.
• Demonstrated track record of leading complex cross-functional projects delivering quality in design, art, audio, and storytelling.
• Experience with Live Service, GaaS, or retention-oriented design.
• Licensed gaming experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers to provide feedback on design, graphics, audio, and narrative.
• Capture, communicate, and align creative priorities, risks, and opportunities to drive creative excellence.
• Apply game pillars (player, actions, purpose) across a variety of genres and audience segments.
• Ensure Netflix intellectual property is represented appropriately in game adaptations, including tone and creative considerations.
