MSR Technology Group in the United States seeks a Senior Director/Director of Delivery to lead enterprise technology programs end to end and oversee the IT Business Partner organization translating business needs into actionable tech requirements.

The role drives ERP modernization, retail/commerce transformation, controls, and business expansion, builds delivery discipline, ensures scope, schedule, and measurable outcomes, and partners with IT Leadership and executives to maximize business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years delivering technology programs and leading business analysis.
• 6+ years in senior leadership roles delivering large, cross-functional programs.
• Experience with ERP, commerce/retail, compliance, controls in enterprise settings.
• Leads a business-analysis org across multiple functions.
• Has governance experience over a portfolio of concurrent programs.
• Experience in a public-company environment with SOX-related tech programs.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end delivery of major enterprise technology programs including ERP modernization.
• Lead IT Business Partner organization aligned to key business functions.
• Oversee project/program managers executing major technology initiatives.
• Define requirements and map business processes before development.
• Plan and coordinate delivery across Applications, Infrastructure, Security & Controls.
• Establish accountability for scope, schedule, risks, and outcomes.
• Drive portfolio governance and prioritization with CTO and PMO.
• Own business readiness, training, and organizational change activities.
• Manage delivery vendors and partners to meet scope and quality.
• Build the Delivery organization and mentor team members.
