Job summary

One Call is seeking a Senior Manager Delivery to lead disciplined agile delivery across enterprise initiatives. The role reports to the VP, Delivery Management and drives value realization through complex, cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities include owning end-to-end delivery, maintaining delivery dashboards, and coaching teams on Disciplined Agile practices to achieve strategic outcomes with executive alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of program/delivery management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven executive-level communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Tier-1 strategic initiatives with enterprise visibility and ROI focus.
• Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans using Disciplined Agile methods and dashboards.
• Mentor and coach delivery managers and teams on agile frameworks and delivery tools.
