Job Description: Delivery Director - Enterprise Data Modernization Programs | Onsite, US | 15+ years

Anblicks is seeking senior delivery leaders to direct large enterprise data modernization engagements, including complex, regulated, single‑account transformations at major enterprises. This is a delivery‑first role for leaders who have driven legacy‑to‑modern data platform programs hands‑on; generic program management backgrounds without data modernization delivery depth will not be a fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct end‑to‑end delivery for a portfolio of modernization engagements or a single very large enterprise account: integrated plan, dependencies, delivery risk, and milestone attainment.
• Own every delivery gate from discovery and architecture alignment through migration, data validation, parallel run, user acceptance, cutover, and hyper‑care.
• Drive accelerated, AI‑enabled delivery using conversion tooling and reusable frameworks; hold teams to validation and reconciliation discipline before every cutover.
• Manage senior client stakeholders in complex, often regulated environments; run risk management and change management across client and delivery organizations.
• Coordinate multi‑vendor ecosystems (client teams, cloud and platform partners) and multi‑shore delivery teams.
• Ensure milestone‑based commercial governance on fixed‑bid engagements.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in data‑centric delivery leadership; direct experience running enterprise data migration or modernization programs.
• Demonstrated, hands‑on leadership of data platform modernization programs (legacy to modern cloud platforms), including AI‑enabled and accelerator‑driven delivery, migration planning, data validation and reconciliation strategies, parallel runs, and cutover execution.
• Experience with regulated industries (financial services, insurance, healthcare) strongly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder, risk, and change management record at senior client levels.
• MarTech and customer‑data domain exposure is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, and modern engineering toolchains.
