Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to ensure smooth delivery operations and outstanding customer service. You will contact customers to confirm delivery dates, times, and contents of upcoming furniture deliveries, and coordinate with drivers and operations to ensure on-time arrivals.

The role requires strong communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Flexible schedule and full-time hours are available.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone etiquette and professional verbal and written skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior call center and dispatcher experience is preferable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate with delivery drive teams.
• Resolve customer service delivery issues.
• Communicate delivery concerns with the delivery manager.
• Liaison between customers and delivery drive teams.
• Exhibit a positive, friendly attitude with customers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
