Delivery Coordinators have passion for helping customers, call customers to confirm their delivery date, time frame and contents of upcoming furniture deliveries. A Delivery Coordinator must ensure that all of the information in the customer's account is accurate and up-to-date, as well as confirming that the customers will be home during their scheduled delivery time.

The Delivery Coordinator must demonstrate a positive, friendly attitude, and continue that same professionalism, confidence, and positive energy when working with our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate & communicate with delivery drive teams.
• Resolve customer service delivery issues.
• Communicate delivery concerns with customer delivery manager.
• Liaison between customers and delivery drive teams.
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to work independently and with a team.
• Perform additional functions that may be assigned at the discretion of management.
